Sleeping "Bath" Beauties

These two Yahoo's were in the bath tub the other night and were pretending they were Sleeping Beauties :)

I grabbed my camera for a random shot and this is what "Sleeping Beauties" must look like?? I told Ry that "if you are sleeping that your eyes need to be closed and that you really dont smile like that when you are sleeping" she replied "yes mom, I know, I'm just pretending to be asleep" okay Rylee!!

And Syd, well I think this says it all..... haha

This little girlie turned 4 months old at the end of September :)

* Is a lovely 16.5 lbs (out weighs both of her sisters by two lbs)

* Is a whopping 26.75 inches tall (yep has two inches on both sisters as well at 4 mos)

* Loves to smile and talk talk talk

* Found her feet and toes, they've become great friends ;)

* Doesn't like to sleep through the night (but then again I know I'm not that lucky)

* Rylee is definitely one person that can get her to smile and laugh

* Sydnee is the little watcher, she climbs into Lexee's crib and sits with her until I come and get Lex (good or bad not sure yet)

* Loves to stand up when you are holding her hands

* Bath time continues to be her favorite time of day (When Rylee and Syd are in the bath she sits on the side, refusing to wait her turn and usually ends up completely soaked)

* Haven't ventured down the cereal or food path yet but we'll be trying it out in the next couple weeks or so

* She some how acquired a piece of licorice last night and found that-that was a pretty tasty thing to suck on ooops :) (thanks Sydnee babysitter)

* Three little girls, Shane you definitely have your work cut out for you :) That is of course because my year vacation starts when you get home.....RIGHT???? (lol)

This is for the young women that are waking up at 6 a.m. every morning with small precious children that they have been left alone to care for. This is for the pregnant Military wife wondering if her husband will make it home in time to watch their miracle happen. This is for the childless Military wife, living in a town or on a base alone where she is a complete stranger to her surroundings. This is for the women that feel like a third leg when they go out with their friends and their husbands. This is for the Military wife that cancelled all her plans to wait by the phone, and even though the phone broke up and cut off every time you spoke to him you waited anyway. This is a pledge to the women that cry themselves to sleep in an empty bed. This is to recognize the woman that felt like she was dying inside when he said he had to go, but smiled for him anyway. This is for those of you that are faithfully in that long line at the post office once a month handling 2 large boxes and 2 small children like a pro. This is for that woman that decided to remodel the house to pass time, and then realized that she had no idea what she was doing and sighed and wished she had a little help. This is for all the lonely nights, all the one-person dinners, and all of the wondering thoughts because you haven't heard from him in days. A toast to you for falling apart, and putting yourselves back together. Because a pay check isn't enough, a body pillow in your bed is no consolation, and a web cam can never compare. This is for all of you no matter how easy or hard this was for you. Our military men are brave, they are heroes, but so are we. So the next time someone tells you that they would never marry a Military guy, don't bother explaining to them that you can't control who you fall in love with. Just think of this and nod your head, know that you are the stronger woman. Hold your heads up high, hang that flag in your front yard, stick 100 magnets on your car, and then give yourself a pat on the back. Be proud to be the woman that you are, be proud to be a military wife.

This little girl is full of life :)

She loves to coo and smile as of the past couple weeks :)

Sleeps for me at night (not completely through but a good 6 hrs and then will got back to sleep)

Really hates her carseat, bouncy chair and swing (not good for me) :(

It all started at 430 am on Monday May 23 :) I was laying in my bed wide awake, when Sydnee came wandering in my room and wanted to lay with me. I laid down for another 20 minutes and after Syd drifted off back to sleep I got up and came out to watch the 5 o' clock news. I must have dozed off because I woke to a pain in my lower abdomen at about 530 and thought "wow, what did I eat yesterday :)" haha I didn't fall back asleep again but I continued to have funny pains in my stomach for the rest of the morning. I got the girls ready and we went to my routine weekly doctors appt at 1030..I really wanted to get induced this week so that Shane could come home but from our appt last week it wasn't looking hopeful (38 weeks at this point) We did my usual NST test and then we went back to the room to measure and all that fun stuff. Before she checked me she said "Well lets plan to induce you next wednesday June 1" I was like "okay" all bummed, hoping I could really have this little girl this weekend, oh well :( The doc then proceeded with her measuring and la la....when I heard her say "Wow!" Jamie you are almost dilated to a 5 and 95 percent effaced" WHAT, SERIOUSLY... I just kind of laughed and said "Well what does that mean and she looked at me and said well how about we schedule your induction for this Thursday?? (today being Monday) She asked me if Shane would be able to come back by then?? I didn't know, I'd have to call and ask!! She called L&D and scheduled me for Thursday hoping it gave Shane enough time to be able to get home, IF HIS COMMANDER WOULD LET HIM BY ALL MEANS :)....hahah I walked out of the office laughing. Me and the girlies went and ran some last minute errands and I called Shane and he was talking to his CO and would call me back. We finally made it back home after running around for a while and I was starting to feel tired and decided I was putting myself on the couch to take some pressure off :) After the last couple of weeks of wanting this little girl out, I did a 360 and wanted her to stay in for 3 more days so Shane could get here..hahah Shane called me and said his Commander was sending him home the next night (Tuesday night) Yay he would here what a relief ;)

Well as I was sitting here on the couch and the girls were just playing I started to have those same pains I was feeling earlier in the morning, so I started to look up Braxton Hicks (SIDE NOTE: I've never gone into actual labor before, I've never felt a contraction, so to me I had no idea what was going on. Laugh as you will, I know whimpy) My girls started to get restless and it was nice outside so we went out to the park, my friend Jen was there and I was telling her what was going on and she said that she thought I was having real contractions (they were coming about every 20 minutes and lasting about 30 seconds) They hurt but they weren't taking my breath away and I seriously just thought they were BH contractions but what did I know, right??
The rest of the evening I tried sitting down and that didn't make them go away, I walked around my house and they still didn't go away but they were more in my back than in my abdomen. It was 8 o clock now and Rylee was really tired so I got her ready for bed and she was off to dream land in no time, I told her I might have to go to the hospital when she was asleep so if I wasn't here when she woke up, that is where I'd be...she just smiled and turned over :)

Now the little Sydnee was completely wired... 830 rolled around and my friend Melissa had called to see if I was ok and I just told her that they were coming about every ten minutes and lasting 30-45 seconds, still I wasn't convinced I needed to go anywhere, hahah...my other friend Jen would call every 15 to make sure I was still alive and both of them said that they thought I should just to the hospital and at least get checked out :) Well in the back of my mind I knew that these pains probably weren't going to be going away since they were starting to get a little bit closer together and I was having to bend over every time one came, hehehe. I called Shane and told him what was going on and at this point he's still in Indiana at Camp Atturbury, not much he can do. I called Shane Sr and Liz to see if they could come in and neither answered their cell phones or house phones, oh panicking a little bit now, called my friend Jen and told her the situation and we decided to give them 30 minutes and if not then she was taking me to the hospital and my other friend Melissa was going to come and sit with my girls until Shane or Liz could get here. I called my mom and told her that I was going to go the hospital to get checked out but that it would probably be nothing but she said she was going to drive up anyway, oh dear. Finally Liz called me and I told her what was going on and they turned around and starting driving back into Logan (sorry to interrupt your ice cream treats :-) ) Jen came over at 945 and I was bent over and ready to leave, Sydnee was still awake (surprise, surprise) and I told her that I needed her to go to sleep because I had to go to the hospital and that Grandma or Grandpa would be here in a little bit. Melissa got here to sit with Syd (THANKS MELISSA), Jen and I got in her car and headed to the hospital, after running two lights and passing up everyone she dropped me off at the front doors (THANKS JEN) I got in the elevator and these contractions were not stopping AT ALL, I walked up to the security window and knocked on it and yes of course another contraction came and I had to bend over, the girls sitting on the other side of the window all jumped up and came and opened the doors :) hahaha After the contraction I was fine, stood up and said hi I'm Jamie, I'm 38 weeks and I think this little girl is coming :) The nurses at the front desk were all smiling when we walked up (probably laughing inside) I was laughing at myself too, thinking why did I wait so long to come here. Jen came in from parking her car (grateful again she was here) I got the lovely gown on and they checked me and I WAS AN 8 HOLY COW, yep probably would have had Lexee in my front room had I waited any longer :) Me and Jen just started laughing :) Liz got there a couple minutes later and said that Shane Sr was going to go back to my house to be with the girls. Melissa came up to the hospital to hang out with us and I wanted that epidural so bad and no kidding within 10 minutes of sitting in that hospital bed the anesthesiologist was there, AWESOME, he gave me something that would work faster since I was an 8 already, he was great!! Got the epidural and was now sitting comfortably talking to Shane on the phone who was sitting outside his bay at 1 in the morning and all he could do was just listen :) My mom got there and it wasn't too much longer that the nurse came in and I was a 10, they called my doc and she got there and everything was ready to go. Liz had Shane on speaker phone and was giving the play-by-play....hahah and with ONE push at 12:23am Lexee was here all 9lbs 3oz of her!!!

Thanks Jen & Melissa for getting me to go to the hospital and for helping me with my girls. Shane Sr thanks for staying with my girls and for driving crazy fast in the rain to get Liz to the hospital fast :) Thanks Liz for being there with me and thanks for taking care of my girls for the night and the next day :)

Thanks mom for driving crazy fast in a torrential down pour to get here to be with us and for staying with me all night and then next day :) And thanks Shaner for doing everything you could to get here fast, although it was 12 hours later, I'm at least glad you were able to have your phone turned on to hear it all :)

* Loves to eat just about anything, which is just lovely to me since her Big Sister doesn't like to eat anything (literally)

* Is a complete snuggle bug and will always say "Hold You" meaning you need to hold her :)

* Loves Loves Loves her babies, they have to be with her or laying somewhere she can see them

* Is quite the chatter box and loves to ask "what's that" to everything, she loves to know about EVERYTHING

* Loves to look out her bedroom window and look at the ducks in the pond or the horses in the pasture behind us

* Whenever the phone rings she thinks it's her for and has to have a turn talking to whomever it is

* Still loves to take naps :)

* Likes to play at the park and go down big slides

We spent Rylee's birthday down at my mom's house and so I decorated it at 3 am in the morning after getting home from Eclipse :) heheh

Baby Animal Days for Sydnee's Birthday

what would we do without you guys...Thanks so much for coming

with us, we appreciate and love you guys very much!!

This is how close Rylee was getting to the animals, this is a baby

cow and Ry was really hesitant for a while but then she warmed up a bit, I guess she thought

they might jump up or something :)

Now Sydnee on the other hand, had no problem getting up close and personal with

the animals, she wasn't a bit scared and would sometimes put her head down on the animals. I was afraid of this because the goats might get the wrong idea and head bang her back...hahah

Shaner was able to take the day off from Army stuff and here he is with the Ry Bug

Sydnee had a lot of fun, she wanted nothing to do with her stroller and when I let her out to run around she was loving life...that is until she saw her "BaBa" and then she was more than willing to lay down in her stroller and relax for a while :)

They had pony rides and Rylee was in heaven. She loves horses and this is her waiting in line with Grandpa Shane....what a silly little girl :)

11 Months Old Already (long post)

Time comes and goes too fast these days, I can't believe that Sydnee is almost one "1"

*This little girl is quite the character, she definitely has a funny little personality :)

*Has been walking for almost a month a half now, Early Walker

*Loves her binky and doesn't like to go anywhere without it, she actually prefers to have two in her hand because then she will interchange them, because I guess to her they taste different :)

*Loves to talk to her dad on the cell phone, whenever my phone rings those big eyes light up and run right over to grab at the phone...and knows its usually her dad on the other end and she will just jabber away with him, its the greatest thing.

*She likes to look at books, well mostly likes to pull every single one off the shelf and then she will flip through them (JUST LIKE HER SISTER)

*She says "uh-oh" all the time, its become the most frequently said word in our house ;)

*Still doesn't like to sleep at night, its obnoxious

*Her favorite toy is a "Balloon" surprise surprise

*Is a definite snuggle bug and I LOVE IT

*She and Rylee have started to play together, there is an occasional fight now and then but let me say this, Sydnee isn't always on the losing side (watch out Ry)

*Loves her daddy, even though Shane has been gone for a while, Sydnee goes to him just fine (there's two people that Sydnee lets hold her... Me & Shane) and she will run back and forth between the two of us laughing and giggling

*Sydnee is a sweet little girl who is growing up too fast

Ry is getting anxious to go outside and play, I wish the weather would make up its mind and start being warm for more than one day :)

*She loves to play outside, ride her bike, find sticks and rocks and put them in their own spot in the garage :)

*She plays better with boys for the time being, at the park she grabs a stick and wants to sword fight with the boys or play pirates, while the girls are playing princesses (oh dear)

*Has quite the imagination

*Loves to play hide and seek, she's getting pretty good at it too, Shane came home last weekend for a couple days and he couldn't find her, it was hilarious :)

*Is doing great at school, she still loves to go and comes home with a smile on her face. She can write her name pretty good and she's always wanting me to write words so she can copy them down ;)

*I love this little girl, she'll be 4 this summer and I can't believe it

*She loves to go and stay at her Grandma's and Grandpa's, I'm glad we've been able to live close to both sides so she can have so much fun with them :)

*Loves Sydnee and is a protective big sister (that is when someone else isn't being nice to Sydnee)

*We are all just waiting to see what happens next in this Crazy Military Life :)

Syd had her 9 month check-up and she's in the 50th percentile in both height and weight...hmmm When Rylee was 9 months she was in the 90th percentile in both height and weight :)

This happens all the time around here...Rylee is in a stage of giving kisses every 5 seconds...Syd got really annoyed at first with having Rylee in her face all the time...But now this is the face that we get from Sydnee, she just looks at me like "Okay I will hold still" hahah

9 months old Already....wow

*Loves to Smile at the Camera (obviously)
*Is Crawling and getting into just about everything
*Pulls herself up and will just stand without holding onto anything (early walker??, we'll see)
*Loves real food....Hates absolutely hates baby food (I don't blame her)
*Definitely a momma's girl
*Bobs up and down when music starts playing
*Loves Bath time, she will get on her stomach and just float
*Is getting better about sleeping at night, we still have the occassional crying session but she's figured out how to put herself back to sleep, well that is until 5:30 rolls around :(
*Likes to steal the toys that Rylee is playing with (well she attempts too anyway)
*Likes to look at books, especially when Rylee is trying to read her the story
*Definitely going to have to keep my eye on this one

3 1/2 with some definite Sass

*Started school again today after the Holiday break and was so excited
*Loves school, she loves tumbling and she loves swimming

We had a great Christmas and it was so nice to have Shane home for a couple weeks!! Rylee was in Heaven having her dad home, Sydnee gradually warmed up to him and I was glad just to have another adult in the house ;)
It was a another traveling/crazy holiday season. We drove to Salt Lake for Christmas Eve and visited a bunch of family and then we drove back to Logan that night so we could spend Christmas morning at our house!!

Ry and Syd opening up some presents that Santa brought..Rylee was so excited and I need to somehow download some video to show her reactions to some of the Disney Princess stuff she got it was hilarious. Gotta love having Girls :)

Sydnee loves the camera lately, Rylee would rather avoid it (I dont blame her) hahah

We had Christmas Eve with my mom and my brothers. Ry got some pretty fun stuff and she was super excited to get some fun games and little horses...Thanks everyone :) Then we went to my Aunt Annie's house for a yummy yummy dinner!!

Then on Christmas day we headed out to Dayton for a yummy dinner and spending time with the Smith Fam :) Rylee and Syd got spoiled by Grandma Liz and Grandpa Shane, thank you so much :) All in all we had a great Christmas and it was very nice spending time with all of the Family!!!

I haven't been in much of a blogging mood lately (obviously) but I just wanted to share a few cute photos that were on my phone :)

This is Princess Hattie (my cousins little girl) and Princess Rylee, (this is what they call each other)...Earlier in the summer when we went to Yellowstone with my mom's whole family, these two got to play and spend a lot of time together!! Now, you may ask yourself why they refer to each other as Princess Rylee & Hattie, well that is because my mom told them a story one night about two Princesses named Rylee & Hattie and how they had to be rescued by a Prince named Edward (hahah I know) from the Dragon that stole their crowns!!! To this day Rylee still will tell me the story, its so CUTE!!
My cute Grandma does an Angel Tree activity every year with all the grand-kids, its such a fun and neat experience to be able to know that these kids are going to be smiling about something on Christmas morning!!
After the Angel Tree Shopping my grandma takes everyone to bowling and pizza.... I have the greatest Grandma in the WORLD!!!

They had the cosmic lights turned on when we first got there and Rylee was loving that her shirt was glowing and she couldn't stop talking about bowling all week long, I'm glad the weather held out so we could drive down :)

This is Rylee and Cole (my cousin) they are 3 months apart and have the greatest time playing with each other...I cant even explain how fun it is to watch these two play, they were helping each other carry the bowling ball to the lane, they were dancing around everywhere and just having a great time!! It's so fun for Ry to have these cousins that are her same age :)

And we couldn't forget about the little Sydnee bug, she slept most of the time during bowling so she didn't get in on too much of the bowling excitement :0 But here is her new thing she does, She loves to stand up in the bathtub (ya we are destined for a lot of bumps and bruises) She thinks she's doing something pretty amazing when she pulls herself up on the side of the tub and she just laughs and gives me the biggest smile, until she slips and goes back down :O
All is well just gearing up for Christmas in a couple weeks (can you believe that) Shane gets home next Saturday and is here for 2 weeks, Yeah!!!

* Gets up on her knees and hands but cant figure out how to move them
* She eats pretty much anything, however gets mad when she cant have a taste of what me and Ry are eating
* Still will not sleep through the night, in fact she thinks its a good time to be awake actually
* When we talk to Shane on the computer at night, Sydnee literally wants to attack the computer
* She will clap for herself on occassion (not sure she knows whats she doing but its still cute)
* Is definitely her own little person who knows what she wants and cries til she gets it (Oh No)
* Loves to sit and play with Rylee
* She'd rather eat a book than look at it :)
* Her favorite toy lately is a toothbrush (good on the gums I guess)

On the Friday night before Halloween we went to the Legacy Center in Lehi with my mom and aunt Annie....they had tonz of little kid games, trick or treating, spook alley, a movie on a jumbo screen and a magic show...it was crazy busy with people but I think Rylee had a lot of fun!!

Sydnee just chillin in her carseat, she was a little scared of the dark, so thank goodness we found some light!!

Rylee found her new best friend, a giant inflatable black cat!!!

We were walking around trick or treating and of course Rylee found Edward...

She went trick or treating with my cousin Cole, he's 3 too.... so they had a blast running around and getting candy... it was really funny she would run up to the doors and sometimes there would be older kids that would run infront of her and she would push them out of they way and push the door bell... serves the big kids right for pushing a little a girl around.... all in all she had a fun night, probably her favorite part was giving out candy to the trick or treaters that came to my mom's!!! Just Because I think its totally worth mentioning (mainly for my liking) Sydnee slept from 9 to 4 last night without waking up....this is awesome because for the past few weeks or so shes been waking up like every two hours and I was ready to start sleeping outside (haha) And even better I actually went to bed at 10 and I didnt move until I heard her at 4. I cant remember the last time I slept straight for 6 hrs (I dont sleep well/sound) it was totally amazing, I could have started my day at 4, that's how refreshed I felt!!! But because Sydnee was obviously feeling generous she went back to bed until 7.... Yes I can only cross my fingers in hopes that it will happen again tonight :)

Also worth mentioning, this little chica loves to eat anything, fruit, veg, or cereal...oh I hope it continues....Her big sister still refuses to each pretty much anything...So I really hope she continues to just love eating those veggies :) If she see's me or Rylee put anything in our mouth she will sit there with her mouth open like "where's my bite guys" its hilarious.
I love my girls :)

I dropper her off and she said "See ya later mom" walked over to her table sat down and started to tell another girl her name was Rylee and wanted to know if she wanted to be friends....
I guess I dont have to worry about my kid crying when dropping them off at School, she was excited to get rid of me I suppose :)

She loves school though and cant wait to go...she doesn't quite understand why she cant go every day!! Its great though, they do 2 hrs of school/academic work and then the last hour they do tumbling (tuesdays) and then on Thursday's they do swimming for the last hour!!! She has a ball and is so excited to go each day!! I love it~~

Two Little Ladies

Well I can't believe it's September already....Before you know it it'll be Christmas again(oh dear)
But I am excited for fall though, its my favorite time of year, I love the crisp clean air (not freezing though) and the beautiful fall leaves!!
Rylee starts preschool on Tuesday, holy cow I am so not ready for this...I think I'm really nervous she wont like it so I hope I'm wrong :) I'm not sure she really understands that she is going to school and hopefully it doesn't hit her like a wall on her first day....But I guess we will just have to wait and see!!! (I hope she loves it though)
Sydnee is growing up fast and wanting to do everything Rylee does...she gets so excited to see Rylee in the mornings and will watch Rylee's every move when she is dancing around...(I can/can't wait to see them together in a year or so, oh WOW)
She loves to take baths and splash, splash, splash....oh how nice it will be when she can finally sit up by herself ;)

IT'S CEREAL TIME
Sydnee had her first taste of cereal the other day and lets just say she didn't think it was the greatest thing in the world but I also didn't get it spit all over me either so it went alright....
She definitely preferred the little bit of frosting I put on her tongue later though...hahaha

Cutesy Rylee finally looked at the camera and we managed to correct the major head tilting somewhat (just a lil I suppose) but I guess it wouldn't be a Rylee pic without her posing/head tilting :)

Not entirely a fan of being a part of pictures but I had to post this one because I actually had caught a moment this week where this little girl is smiling, she hasn't had a great past couple of weeks because those two bottom little teeth decided to pop up and lets just pray the rest don't come any time soon :( poor little girl ):

On Saturday we went up to Preston with Shane and Liz to watch the Parade... It was a lot of fun and Rylee had a great time waving (as you can see) and trying to fill her bag with Candy....

Random Ramblings

Wow its been hot these past couple of days and we've been playing a lot outside..in the water of course (running through sprinklers and having some neighborhood pool parties) I cant wait for next summer when Sydnee will be old enough to go to the pool and she wont just have to hang out in her carseat... She has the most delicate (snow white) skin, I hate to even let the sun touch her...I put sunscreen on her one time while we were out and later that night she broke out with big rash/hive things all over, so no sunscreen on this little girl for now....As for Rylee she loves the water, well as long as it stays off her face...future swim lessons are going to be interesting :)

Shaner is at Drill this weekend and we were headed to my mom's for the Draper Days Celebration but my mom went to San Diego to see "Coldplay" instead (I'm jealous) and my brother is going camping so that plan didn't work out... :( Me and Ry have been making up dances (I know, I know, try to imagine me with some sort of rhythm, I know its hard to imagine) hahah

Rylee tells stories of "Prince Edward and Bella" (no joke) she loves them!!! She will randomly ask me if we can listen to Edward play the piano... now I promise I am not that obsessed with Twilight ( I was just watching it one day when she woke up from her nap and she has loved them ever since)....

My cute, energetic and world traveling Grandma Day had her birthday today and I wanted to wish her a Happy Birthday, I swear she gets younger every year!!! She's headed to Russia and Scandanavia tomorrow..Lucky!!!

So I'm on the hunt for easy one person recipes that are actually nutrionally sound.....hahah Shane leaves again soon for Army stuff and well I decided my occassional bowl of cereal(love it) isnt going to cut it..haha No seriously cooking for one person is hard (in my mind) Rylee doesnt like to eat still, go figure, so finding something for her isnt too hard....So if you have any great ideas send them my way...thanks :)

Sydnee was sporting the Watermelon attire this fourth of July....Soon those little cheekies of her's are going to be hanging past her chin...hahah

We went to Dayton for a 4th of July carnival that Liz was in charge of....the girlies had a great time, they are on the back of a semi trailer dancing (there were cloggers performing and they couldn't wait to have their turn up there!!!

We had a fun and crazy week!! Rylee loves parties as of late and anything that has the word party in it, immediately grabs her attention!!! My brother got married this past week and Rylee was definitely in heaven!!! She got to wear her princess dress (what she called it) and got to see a lot of family and friends (whom she adores)...She was a great girl the whole day and was quite the social butterfly :) It was an early day starting at about 6 am or so and we finally got her tucked into bed at 1130 pm.....WoW!!!!

They had a beautiful day (despite the constant rain showers) They got married in the SLC Temple and had a beautiful reception at the church!!! It was supposed to be outside at the Historic Park but Mother Nature had other plans... Honestly though the decorator they had did a great job, I have never been to a reception at a church that even came close to this one, it was Beautiful!!!

So I found out some lovely information this weekend, my Aunt is super Twilight obsessed and her friends are even more, they have already booked a theatre for the midnight showing of New Moon, in November (can you even do that) anyways I thought it was hilarious when she told me!!! But dont get me wrong I told her I'd better be in one of those seats ;)
So now I can get my New Moon Fix anytime I want by just logging onto the blog, sorry to those of you who can't stand the Twilight Saga.... but I'm just not sure how you couldn't be even a little addicted to them....because I'm definitely hooked!!! :)

Shaner's Marathon/ Rylee Update

Shane decided to run in the Ogden Marathon on Saturday!!
This is him just after crossing the finish line, I got there just in time to catch him finish (good timing right, hehe)

He didn't want me taking pictures of him but it was his first half marathon and I hate to admit it but I wish I was in shape enough to run 2 miles let alone 13+.....

It was a beautiful day and there were people everywhere...Crazy... Shane was happy with his resulting time especially since he's never ran a half marathon before, now he's all gung ho about running more this summer, which is awesome and he wants to eventually run a full marathon!!!
GO SHANER!!!

RYLEE UPDATE
Good News....Rylee's arm is fixed, yeah!! We took her to an orthapedic guy who played around with her arm for a little bit and wahlaa.... Now on the other hand Rylee wouldn't move her wrist or hand by herself at all, she would pick it up with her other hand and set it where the doctor told her too...So the doctor decided to put a cast on her arm for a week to completely imobilize it and he will check it again next week...weird!!! Not sure why he wanted to cast it but he said he would feel better if we did that, so Rylee is in a pink sparkly cast (completely of her choosing) from her hand past her elbow.....hopefully she'll move her hand next week!!! The cast thing is not fun!!! :)

This Is What Happens When Rylee Goes to Nursery.....

Well today was a very interesting day......Rylee had a little trauma in the Nursery at Church!!! ATTENTION ADULTS: PLEASE DON'T YANK ON LITTLE KIDS ARMS, especially when little kids don't want to sit in their seat, they are 2 for peets sake!!!!!
Ry was sitting on the floor and wouldn't get back in her chair or something and so one of the nursery leaders grabbed her arm and tried to put her back in her chair, well that didn't work so well!!! I could hear Rylee screaming for me down the hall but I had Sydnee asleep on me so they took her to Shane (he was in priesthood). We just thought that she didn't want to be in nursery anymore cuz until recently she has hated being in there (go figure)... about 10 min later Shane came and got me out of Relief Society and said that something was wrong with Rylee's arm..... I was a little frustrated as to why this incident wasnt explained to Shane when they took her to him in the first place.... So I marched right over to the nursery to find out what happened... I got about 4 different stories as to what happened and couldn't get a straight answer, I guess maybe I was scary or something ;)
Anyways Rylee wouldnt let anyone near her arm and she was really protective of it, so we decided to take her to instacare just to be safe... they tried to see if it was out of joint or dislocated and still her arm hurt, so they took x-rays and still couldn't see anything so we have to go to an orthopedic doc tomorrow and see what he thinks, hopefully its just dislocated and that they will be able to put it back in..... Ry got a nice splint that is holding her wrist and elbow and a sling cuz she said it was too heavy (oh brother) and lots of ibuprofen :)......Well until tomorrow then, hopefully its good news!!! And I wont have to become the Nursery Nazi..... just kidding!!!

We started off the day early because Shane had his Army Commissioning Ceremony!!
It was quite the ordeal, I had two girls who didnt want to cooperate and who were more interested in sleeping than wanting to get ready!! But we finally got to where we were supposed to be and we weren't late, Thank Goodness!!!

This is Shane and Cole getting sworn in as Officers in the Army. It was really cool that both of them got to be sworn in at the same time, however looking at them you would never guess that they are brothers!! The Officer with his back to the camera is a great friend and Cadret member of Shane and Cole's, he's been a great influence and help to both of them and we just wanted to express our thanks to Captain Mike Rhinehart!!!

This is Shane receiving his first Salute as an Officer!! The whole commission ceremony was a whole lot better than sitting through the 4 hour commencement for a regualar school graduation!!! Go ARMY!!!

Seems I've managed to not capture Sydnee at all today, she was nestled away snug in her carseat...She was so good never made a peep and slept through all of the ceremony...JaCee and I had our hands full with Rylee and Bailey running up and down the isles...they were sure proud of their dad's though!! And a special thanks to Shane and Liz for helping out with the girlies as well as being apart of Shane and Cole's Commissioning!!!

Sydnee is one week old today!!! She is doing great, we are going to have to work on her sleep schedule though, since she thinks the middle of the night is a good time to be wide awake :)

My sweet Rylee, who I love so much is being a great big Sister, she is trying hard to help and adjust to the new changes going on around here!!!

This is where Sydnee had to stay for the first 4 days of her life, ugghh, she hated this bed but you do what you have to do to get them better!! We still have to watch her Billi count but thank goodness the doc gave us the okay to get rid of this bed.....

For some reason this girl has got the head tilt down... there isnt a picture I dont take where she doesnt tilt her head.... She is almost 3 and just growing up so fast its crazy how fast time has flown by!!! Grandpa Shane just came and picked her up and took her to Dayton so she could have a sleep over with Grandma and Grandpa, I miss her already!!! Its just me and Sydnee for the night, Shaner is gone til Sunday for Army training.. :(

We definitely have a fish in the family, she loves the water but doesnt like it touching her face (go figure)... Whenever we go to my mom's house she asks if we can go swimming, its great now that she doesnt have to wear those annoying swim pants, they always would leave a big rash on her... Hopefully we will be spending a lot of time at pools this summer, well atleast Rylee will be in the water, me however would probably being doing everyone a favor if I just stayed on the side...hahaha

Sydnee Lynn Smith

Sydnee arrived on Thursday April 9th at 3:10 pm... She weighed an even 8lbs and was 20 inches!!! I haven't had a chance to upload some pics yet but hopefully I will get some time later to do it :)
I went in on Thursday morning to be induced at around 7 ish, it took a while for the potocin to kick in and well then I had the pleasure of getting two epidurals, yep that's right TWO. The brilliant money making anthestiologist missed the first time and oh my goodness that is an expierience I dont ever want to happen again, needles digging around in my back, grrrrr....but the second one worked!!! I went from a 5 to a 10 in like an hour it was crazy and Shaner decided he was hungry and left to get something to eat, thinking it would be a while but the nurse came in like 5 minutes later and said I was ready, ahhhh where is Shane!!! :) I finally got a hold of him and he ran back, heheh!!! It was a pretty easy delivery I pushed like 3 times and there she was!!! She has so much dark hair though, I was super surprised, and has the longest eyelashes, they were curling the opposite way it was so funny!!!

We left the hospital yesterday and she had to only pass one more test the "jaundice/billirubin" test well I was all excited because she passed everything else with flying colors, well that wasn't the case. She failed the jaundice test and so Sydnee at the moment is living in bassinet with tanning bed lights, its really weird but I feel so bad because she hates it and cant snuggle in a blanket or any clothes, she has to be in a diaper and that's it!!! So its been an interesting 24hrs being home, I just want to hold and snuggle her all the time and Rylee wants to hold her but she has been ordered to stay in this light bed unless she is eating...Ahh I hope on Monday the doc says she can get out of it!!! Alright so I will get some pics on here later...Until then thanks so much for your support :)

A Random Update....

I went in to the Doctor today for the weekly check-up and they did an ultrasound to see how big she is and to make sure all her measurements are on and so forth.... Well they told me that she weighs 6 lbs 15 oz (give or take a few oz) so she is pretty much on track to be an 8 lb baby just like Rylee was.. Hopefully she isn't bigger than that because I am whimpy ;)

I still have three weeks until my official due date and I'm hoping and praying she has other plans :) I didn't have any contractions with Rylee before my water broke on its own, that was really nice!!! I'm kinda scared this time that I will be like the normal women out there and experience the contractions before they actually have to give me potocin. (Like I said I'm whimpy :)> )

Until the next update.... By the way I cant believe its already almost April..... WOW TIME IS FLYIN!!!!

We Have Summer Fever

I am so ready for Spring/Summer to be here its not even funny...and when the weather decides to warm up a little bit, it goes and snows like 2 feet....OF COURSE!!! I hope it was the last big storm of the season other wise I'm moving to Arizona or something :)
I've been a blogger slacker lately but we are still alive and just wishing we could spend most of the day outside without getting frost bite!!! Hopefully that day will come soon...I've got about 5 weeks left until this next little girl is scheduled to arrive, and hopefully she will feel the need to come somewhat early just like Rylee did....haha I'm so done with being HUGE!!!

We went to Barnes & Noble the other day to try and waste time waiting for Shane to get off work... Well I decided its my favorite place to take Rylee lately...She walks in the store and straight to the back where all the little kids books are, she grabs one and goes and sits in this little green chair and quietly just looks and the pictures and becomes enthralled in the book!!
I hope she continues to love books the rest of her life, I know her dad thinks this picture is priceless, since he reads like 2 books a week :)

So I decided I'm not as unbreakable as I thought I was.... This little girly, who is sound asleep and as peaceful as ever has stopped wanting to eat (literally)... I mean its not like she really had a liking for any food in the first place... I can count on my fingers the things she liked to eat, well kind of eat... Rice chex with bananas, yogurt, chicken nuggets, wheat thins and pancakes/eggos!!
Seriously this is all she would eat... Ya, ya I've heard "she's two" "well she'll get over it" blah blah... so I did and figured hopefully one day she would actually try a vegetable for the first time....hahaha

So I didn't worry about it and continued not to worryabout it, la dee dah.
My pediatrician just said well you'll just have to find some thing that she does like to eat....
GEEZE thanks for the bright idea, NOT ;)>
She weighs normal and all her charts are normal but hello I'm a mom and I'm going to worry... isnt that what we do!!
So in the last 5 days or so that so called "Rylee diet" that I mentioned above has dwingled down to nothing but wheat thins and her milk/water!!! I'm totally not exaggerating either, she wont eat anything that she used to at all!! She doesn't act any differnt she is just as spunky and lively as ever!!! Go Figure!!
I'll be the first to admit that I have shed many a tear about this situation and maybe I'm just totally over-reacting (or maybe its just the hormones) but its a huge stress everyday just waiting to see if she'll eat something good for her!! Maybe I should try and find some protein drink or something that she can drink thats like milk, so atleast she is getting some sort of nutrition :) I'm just worried is all and decided I would just vent my frustration here in hopes that one day she will eat something :)

Ry loves her dad as you can tell, whenever he gets home at
night from work she runs to him and she doesn't leave his side
the rest of the night!!! I walked in and this is what I found, they were
snuggled up watching a movie together!!! Somebody is sure gonna miss
their daddy when he is gone this summer.....

Rylee is 2 1/2 now but she thinks she is 2 going on 5....
Whenever someone asks herhow old she is she says 5....
I don't know where that comes from cuz whenever I ask her she says 2.....
So I wonder what she will say when she really is 5.....

Wow Time Flies: I Guess I Have to Play Catch Up...Part 1

We had a really nice Holiday, it was filled with lots of fun and family. We were able to spend a lot of time with both sides and we were able to relax and have fun!!! It was a great Holiday too bad it flies by too Fast!!!

My Grandma Day does a whole day with all the Grand kids, we first off go to Walmart and do Angel Tree stuff (which is a lot of fun and very humbling experience) then we go bowling and have pizza at a local bowling lane!! It was Rylee's first time bowling and she did pretty good!! :)

We had Christmas Eve dinner at my Aunt Annie's house, they just built a brand new house and it is beautiful, Shane and I decided one day in far distant future when we can build our own house, we want them to help us design it!! :) We had a great dinner that consisted of Prime Rib, Shrimp, Crab, baked potatoes and rolls....Oh wow I could eat like that all the time, but then you'd probably have to roll me around though ;)

This is my cute Brother Chad and my Mom. After dinner at Annies we had a yummy dessert and sat around and visited with each other, it was a fun and relaxing night!!

We had yummy Christmas Day dinner at my Grandma's house and yumm yumm yummm, its not a good thing to be prego during the holidays because you use it as an excuse to eat lots of yummy food!!! heheh

Christmas Part 2: Better Late than Never

We made it to Shane's parents the day after Christmas and had a fun
time eating good food and relaxing. Ry got a cute tu tu and matching
Barbie doll from Grandma Liz & Grandpa Shane!!! Liz also made matching
jammies for Rylee & Bailey and they looked and felt so comfortable that I
wanted to have some for myself :)

Shane and I got Ry a dollhouse and she absolutely loves it...there are
twin little babies and she puts them in the shower that it comes with
and then dries them off and makes sure they are clean and then she
puts them in their cradles and has them go night night!! I love it!!!

Here's my cute Shaner, just watching the present opening fiasco at
my mom's on Christmas morning!! Also pictured is my two brothers,
Chad came home from California for a couple weeks and it was nice to
see him!!!

This is Ry and her cousin Bailey!!! They love each other so much and its so cute to watch them together when they first see each other!! They grab hands and give each other hugs and its just precious!!

We had a Carter Family party (Shane's mom's family) at a resort called Sherwood in Sardine Canyon, anyways it was quite the night!! Rylee and Bailey wanted to do nothing but run around and make noise and run around and make noise ect...Our Dinner took about two hours to get and not to mention it was really expensive, WOW!!! (not really sure I'll be visiting there again)

So we were definitely ready to go when dinner was done, Ry was crying and Bay was crying and well lets just say we are glad the place wasn't packed with people but we definitely had the two entertainers for the night...hahah Merry Christmas from Rylee & Bailey!!!

So I saw Twilight for the second time today and loved it just as much as the first time!!! I'm a huge fan of the books and I thought the movie followed the book pretty good!! You can't go to this movie expecting it to be the best movie you have ever seen, you have to have an open mind and just enjoy the love story of Bella and Edward!!

Our neighborhood had a little party on Monday for all the little kids and my next door neighbor is a photographer and brought all her stuff over and took all the kids pics... It was a lot of fun and got everyone ready for Halloween!!!

This is Rylee and Shane's cousins' little boys, we went around with them trick or treating and it was a lot of fun!!!

Rylee and Allie, she is one of the little girls that live on our street!!!

Rylee wanted to take her pumpkin around for her treat bag, and by the end of the night it was pretty heavy, she would not for the life of her let anyone hold it for her... She started to carry it like a purse because the handle was starting to hurt her hand from being full of candy.... it was pretty funny!!!

We let her have one sucker after going through her candy and that was enough... well for today anyways, she had already eaten a bunch of candy earlier that day!!! Geesh I'm glad Halloween is over all that candy makes my teeth hurt just looking at it!!! ;)

We went to Shane's work party last weekend and we had a lot of fun!!! There was good food, fun and games... We didn't win for best costume but we had fun anyway!! (the guy who won was Shane's boss, he dressed up as some Doctor Evil guy from Austin Powers, whatever...)

The guy in the Army stuff is Shane's younger brother Solomon, he also works for the same company as Shane does. And of course there's Ry she has to be in every picture lately it's pretty funny!!

Alright so Shane started a new job recently and they are having a big Halloween party in a couple of weeks and Shane is really excited to go.... Don't get me wrong I love Halloween but I don't think that I have had a good Halloween costume since I was probably 10... So I'm in dyer need of a good couples idea... At this party they are going to have contests and prizes (good prizes I hear) for the best dressed and a bunch of other categories!!! Well I want to win because like I said they are good prizes but I have no idea what to do for Shane and I..... The Circus

On Saturday we took Rylee to the Circus in Salt Lake, we had a great time and Ry loved all the animals and clowns.... She danced around and sang to all the music and was fascinated by the elephants, she loved those the most!!!

The elephants by far were the best part, they were so amazing with what they were able to do and the tricks they did, I felt sorry for them just because they are locked up and have to be the center of a circus act but they were entertaining!!!

This is Ry before we left, she was so excited she couldn't contain herself!!! She would tell everyone that she was going to the Circus to see the elephants, tigers and horses!!!

The Hunting Season Begins

Alright so my brothers are obsessive hunters and on Saturday was the opening morning for the bow hunt. Me and my mom and Rylee drove up the canyon for a drive up where my brothers were at. It was like 44 degrees and it was freezing so we just stayed in the car and drove around for a while....We saw a doe and her two fawns and Rylee kept saying "Bambi, Bambi" (she loves Bambi right now)... Well we got a call a little later and found out that my brother's friend Tyrell (Rylee's new crush) had gotten a deer!! We drove over to where they were bringing it down the mountain and as you can tell from the photo below, Rylee thought it was the coolest thing in the world to be able to touch a "Bambi".... I'm so glad she wasn't upset about it not still moving around, didn't quite know how to explain that part to her....

Good Ole Preston Parade

Last weekend we went up to Preston and went to the parade with: Shane & Liz and JaCee & Bailey. It was definitely a small town parade, everyone was there and there was tractors, horses and girls dressed in dresses waving, and more tractors and.......ya

Carter Family Reunion

Last weekend Shane's mom side of the family had their family reunion up Cinnamon Creek Canyon... (South end of Cache Valley area) There were lots of fun little cousins there for Rylee to play with and get into mischief of course. Above is Rylee and Bailey playing in a handcart.

Shane was home for the weekend before he headed to Colorado for three weeks and was able to spend some time with us and his family. This is Shane pulling around all the little girls, he was deemed their horse for the night :) That was until all the girls were just sitting in the cart without anyone holding the front end up.....the next thing we knew the girls started to all move to the back of the cart and it flipped and Rylee was in the back and hit the ground face first....She came up with a mouth full of dirt and rocks, a bloody nose, and two fat lips....

The pic below is a couple days later after her face started to look normal again, I tried to take a pic of it when it happened but she wouldn't have anything to do with it, I don't blame her either!! She ended up with cuts and bruises to show for her crash in the lovely Pioneer Handcart!!!

The Draper Parade was just on the street above my mom's house so we just woke up Saturday morning and walked up to the Parade. My brother Brett, Brianne, my mom, Rylee & Annie waiting for the parade to start!!

It was Rylee's first parade and she really didn't know what to do!! There were lots of kids all around and when they started to throw candy she just would turn around and look at me like "Mom is it okay that I go and pick this stuff up" it was hilarious.

About half way through the parade her bag was full of candy and she didn't want to pick it up anymore so she grabbed a sucker and came and sat on my lap for the rest of the parade!!! Wished dad was here to see Ry, love you dad!!!

Rylee Found Her New Favorite Thing To Do

We were at Draper Days last weekend and they had little pony rides and Rylee was in Heaven...She just kept going round and round and thought she was so cool...She rode a horse called "Scarecrow" and that was all she talked about for the next couple of days was the horses that she got to ride!!!

Earlier in the week, I was at my mom's and we had a lil party with my mom's side of the family and it was a lot of fun..... Thank you everyone for the wonderful gifts, Rylee got spoiled.... She cant put them down for one minute and she loved all the cute dresses!!!

Me & Rylee waiting for the Fireworks to start, we went up to the Aggie Village field and watched fireworks with some old friends, it was a lot of fun. Afterwards we went and had snow cones that were super yummy as well, thanks everyone!!!

I caught one of the fireworks, my camera wouldn't focus at all, oh well....We had a great night, Rylee was a little scared of the fireworks but there were other kids there watching them with us and they were laughing and having a great time, so she tried her best to clap when they did and be all amazed by them....she would however lean over and whisper in my ear that she was scared...... oh i love my little girl!!!

On Friday night I went to the Tim McGraw concert and it was the "funnest" thing I have done in a long time!!! He is such and an awesome entertainer and I suppose it helped that I love his music and am somewhat of a country music fan anyways!!!

There is just something about a guy with the right tight fitting pants, a black cowboy hat, and an amazing voice...mmmmm!!!!

We had a lot of fun, we got there about 7 or so and didn't get home until about 1 am, who knew I could stay up past 11 o' clock, ahahah..... There were two groups that opened up for him, "Half Way to Hazard" and "Jason Aldean." Jason Aldean was really good, the first group I couldn't really understand what they were singing!!!

It's been a fabulous 4 years, we have been blessed with so much and have so much to be grateful for. I love my Shaner so much and I'm so lucky to be his wife! He is an amazing dad to Rylee and I couldn't ask for a better husband. I'm so proud of him and all that he is doing right now for us..(work, school & the military)

When we got married my Grandma Day wrote a silly poem about us that she read at our wedding breakfast and I thought it would be funny to share it with you!!

On April 23 1980, Shane and Liz Smith had their first baby boy,

He was born in Provo Utah and brought them so much joy.

October 1981 in Sandy, Steve and Becky gave birth to a little girl,

She was healthy and chubby and had black hair that would curl.

These two little babies were born miles apart,

How little did they know when their friendship would start.

Now jamie stayed closed to the place of her birth,

Shane went with his family to far parts of the earth

His travels took him to California, Austria and Mexico,

While Jamie stayed in Sandy and learned how to throw.

Shane attended schools all over the place,

While Jamie scratched up her knees diving into first base.

Shane's family settled in logan when he was fifteen,

At twelve Draper became Jamie's new scene.

Who would have known that a few years down the road,

Their lives would come together during academic overload.

They met at UVSC in a class where they were studying anatomy

When shane leaned over Jamie's shoulders and said “can I see”

He wanted her notes, well that's what he said

But they ended up having hot fudge Sunday's instead

Well tonight me and Rylee got a surprise!!!JaCee came to our door and asked us to come outside and see a surprise...So me and Ry walked out and saw this:

Cole was coming down the street on it and I was floored, seriously.....my husband never ceases to amaze me!!! Shane got Rylee the wagon thing for her birthday and he got me a bike (which I've wanted for a really long time) for our anniversary!!! He thinks of everything and I was so surprised!!! (Cole & JaCee were in on it obviously and you guys thank you so much for getting this and surprising us, I love you guys!!) Shaner I wish so much that you were here but I'm so very proud of you and what you are doing, I love you!!!

Ry will be 2 in less than a week and its crazy to think its
been 2 years already since I had her!!!

Shane was gone last year for Army training as well but we were able to sneak him home for a couple days so he was here for her 1st B-day, so that was nice!! But this year we don't have any tricks up our sleeve to get him home!!! She keeps asking me where her "daddy" is and I tell her that he's working at the Army......She obviously doesn't understand what Army means yet but it suits her and she replies back to me "Daddy, Army"....I just smile and shake my head yes!!! At night she's used to him coming in the door and she'd always get up on the couch and look out the window waiting for her dad to come home and she still climbs up there thinking he is coming home at night!!! Ahhhh it breaks my heart, but what can ya do other than give her a big hug and say "I love you".... So we've been doing lots of fun things, like going swimming, playing outside and of course going to fun parks as seen above....She's growing up fast and with that comes a girly attitude and of course always wanting her way!!!!! Gotta love it!!!

Draper Temple

My mom lives in Draper and there is temple being built up on South Mountain and its almost done!! We decided to drive up and take a look and it has the most beautiful view of the Salt Lake Valley!! My Grandma lives right across the street and she's so lucky to have something so beautiful right out her door!!

And of course Ry thinks she's old enough to drive...oh boy!!!

Alright so Shane really wanted to go and see this before he leaves on Thursday and he wanted to take Rylee really bad!! We have never taken her to a movie before because I didnt think she would sit there the whole time!! Well we got her all excited about Pandas and told her that we were going to watch a fun movie on a really big TV and she got excited!!
It turns out I was wrong about her not sitting the whole time because she did really well, she sat in the chair (that almost gobbled her up) :) and she laughed and thought the Panda bear was pretty funny!!! So for Rylee's first movie adventure it went really well!!!

We went to the Zoo this past weekend and had a great time!! Ry loved all the animals and especially the train!!
Shane wanted to do something fun with Ry before he leaves in a couple weeks, since he'll miss her birthday :(

Alright so when we were gone on our trip we got reports that Rylee never whined, cried or acted out or anything, which I was super excited about...Thinking that maybe she wouldn't whine so much at me when we we got home... Well news flash!!! That isn't the case. She whines and cries about the most absurd things and its driving me bonkers. Maybe it's just what they do with their mom's because they know the can or else she is just paying me back for leaving her for 8 days... She was Happy with me in the pics above because we were getting ready to go outside and swing on the swings :)

Alright so I felt way guilty for having to leave Rylee for 8 days. Since I'd never left her before not even for a night, I just felt bad....So I gave in and got her a new little ride!! As you can tell from her expression she thought it was pretty cool!!!

This is my beautiful Sister-in-Law JaCee, and her adorable little girl Bailey. Bailey turned 1 on saturday and we celebrated her birthday at the park with family and friends!! It was a fun night and Bay got a lot of fun and cute stuff!!!

Trip back to Washington DC

Shane had a Military History Seminar back in Washington DC with his ROTC group and I was able to go along. I have never been back there so it was fun to be able to see that part of the country. The war sights and memorials were the basis of the trip but we were able to spend time in Washington DC and do all the sightseeing there as well as visiting Gettysburg, Antietam, Petersburg and other sites. My favorite places were Arlington National Cemetary and Gettysburg. We were gone for 8 days and it was the first time I'd left Rylee...After the first day I was fine, she stayed with Liz for 4 days and with my mom for 4 days. She had a ball and probably didn't realize we were even gone!! Thanks Liz and Mom for taking such good care of her!! We had a lot of fun on our trip and we had a lot of fun people that we hung out with and did everything with.
