We Jinxed Ourselves

Saturday started out fun, my mom came up from Salt Lake to spend the day with us and just hang out. We went to the mall for a little while because Rylee likes to play on this ice-cream playground thing that they have. Well all was fine and dandy until it was time to leave and Miss Rylee didn't quite agree. We were walking out of the mall and I had a hold of Rylee's hands and she was walking in front of me, throwing a famously known Rylee tantrum....when she does this her whole body goes limp and falls to the floor, yaddy yaddy yah...well this time I had a hold of her hands when she did it. The minute she did her little thing she started to cry. I picked her up and walked her to the car, thinking nothing of it, just that she was mad at us for leaving. When we got back to my house, Ry was rubbing her eyes with just one of her hands and kind of favoring the other arm but not long after that she was asleep, I was worried but I never felt a pop or anything so we were just going to wait for her to wake up. However, when she did wake up she couldn't move her arm, ahhhhhh..... I broke her arm I thought, we wrapped her up in a blanket and took her to the InstaCare. I called Shane to tell him we were taking her there and so he left work to meet us. We asked Rylee where her ouchie was and she'd point to her arm, because usually she points to her fingers where she burned them.....(Man trauma month for the Smith Family) Anyways we finally got to see the doctor and she felt Rylee's arm and said that her radial bone had popped out of its socket. Ouch!! She said it was a common thing with these little ones and took Rylee's arm and bent it all funny and stretched it (While Rylee was screaming of course) and put it back in. The second she did Rylee jumped down and went to the door and was ready to get out of that place, the good thing was she reached for the door with her hurt arm, and the doctor said "K she's ready to go"......... I mean seriously what a month!! She falls at my neighbor's and cracks her head open, grabs my flat iron and burns her hand really bad, and then I go and help to dislocate her elbow....There are only three days left in January and I'm praying that we don't end up back at the doctor before the month is over....goodness!!

How scary! Thank goodness their bones are so flexible. Ahh...and the famous tantrum -- must be in the name Riley/Rylee....mine does the exact same thing!

Wow, what a month... it must be something with being 2 or close to it. We got Jackson almost to the age of 2 before anything serious had happened, and then just 1 week before his 2nd birthday he cut his head opened and had to get staples. I'm so glad she's okay and that it was a quick fix.

Oh, I feel for you! It's so scary too when they can't explain what's wrong! I swear Jayden has more scratches on his body than I've ever seen on anyone without an injury...someone told me that was part of being a boy...maybe injuries are really just part of being an adventurous toddler!

Your blog looks cute! Good job! Now if you want to try to center the top part you can play around with ONLY then numbers UNDER where you inserted the paper hyperlink. Go just under the HEADER WRAPPER and OUTER WRAPPER were and make the numbers bigger on the "width: ??? px". You might have to try it a few times to get it to be the right size. Good luck! :)
