How Adorable! She is seriously the cutest thing ever! Josh and I have had the name rylee picked out for a girl since before we were married, I hope if I ever have a girl she is just as adorable. I love all the curly hair!
To answer your question, I use a photoshop knock off to make those pictures look like that. :) Then for bows, I just kind of went nuts one month with ribbon because I was tired of yucky Walmart bows falling apart. I learned by trial and error mostly and also by copying similar designs I saw on other bows. Get some ribbon and I'll teach you!
