A Twilightful Love Story

So I saw Twilight for the second time today and loved it just as much as the first time!!! I'm a huge fan of the books and I thought the movie followed the book pretty good!! You can't go to this movie expecting it to be the best movie you have ever seen, you have to have an open mind and just enjoy the love story of Bella and Edward!!

Happy Halloween....Welcome November!!!

Our neighborhood had a little party on Monday for all the little kids and my next door neighbor is a photographer and brought all her stuff over and took all the kids pics... It was a lot of fun and got everyone ready for Halloween!!!

This is Rylee and Shane's cousins' little boys, we went around with them trick or treating and it was a lot of fun!!!

Rylee wanted to take her pumpkin around for her treat bag, and by the end of the night it was pretty heavy, she would not for the life of her let anyone hold it for her... She started to carry it like a purse because the handle was starting to hurt her hand from being full of candy.... it was pretty funny!!!

Rylee and Shane walking along, Ry got tired towards the end and let Shane hold her, but would not let anyone touch that pumpkin filled with "HER CANDY" and that was made pretty clear every 5 min.... hahah :)

We let her have one sucker after going through her candy and that was enough... well for today anyways, she had already eaten a bunch of candy earlier that day!!! Geesh I'm glad Halloween is over all that candy makes my teeth hurt just looking at it!!! ;)

Halloween Costume Result...ARRRRG

We went to Shane's work party last weekend and we had a lot of fun!!! There was good food, fun and games... We didn't win for best costume but we had fun anyway!! (the guy who won was Shane's boss, he dressed up as some Doctor Evil guy from Austin Powers, whatever...)

The guy in the Army stuff is Shane's younger brother Solomon, he also works for the same company as Shane does. And of course there's Ry she has to be in every picture lately it's pretty funny!!

On Saturday we went to dinner with the Smith Family to celebrate Shane's grandma's birthday..

These three little girls were the highlight of the night and were having such a good time laughing and playing together!!!

I Need A Halloween Costume Idea.....

Alright so Shane started a new job recently and they are having a big Halloween party in a couple of weeks and Shane is really excited to go.... Don't get me wrong I love Halloween but I don't think that I have had a good Halloween costume since I was probably 10... So I'm in dyer need of a good couples idea... At this party they are going to have contests and prizes (good prizes I hear) for the best dressed and a bunch of other categories!!! Well I want to win because like I said they are good prizes but I have no idea what to do for Shane and I..... So if there are any Halloween experts out there with some good ideas, that are pretty easy to throw together then please pass your knowledge my way!!! Thanks again and Happy Haunting!!!!

The Circus

On Saturday we took Rylee to the Circus in Salt Lake, we had a great time and Ry loved all the animals and clowns.... She danced around and sang to all the music and was fascinated by the elephants, she loved those the most!!!

The elephants by far were the best part, they were so amazing with what they were able to do and the tricks they did, I felt sorry for them just because they are locked up and have to be the center of a circus act but they were entertaining!!!

This is Ry before we left, she was so excited she couldn't contain herself!!! She would tell everyone that she was going to the Circus to see the elephants, tigers and horses!!!

It was so fun to have grandpa Shane come down with us, he was nice to let us ride down with him in his Escape, instead of everyone squishing into our little car!!!

After the show we walked over to the Gateway and got some food and of course my mom had to buy Ry some ice cream, it was a great ending to a fun filled day!!!

The Hunting Season Begins

Alright so my brothers are obsessive hunters and on Saturday was the opening morning for the bow hunt. Me and my mom and Rylee drove up the canyon for a drive up where my brothers were at. It was like 44 degrees and it was freezing so we just stayed in the car and drove around for a while....We saw a doe and her two fawns and Rylee kept saying "Bambi, Bambi" (she loves Bambi right now)... Well we got a call a little later and found out that my brother's friend Tyrell (Rylee's new crush) had gotten a deer!! We drove over to where they were bringing it down the mountain and as you can tell from the photo below, Rylee thought it was the coolest thing in the world to be able to touch a "Bambi".... I'm so glad she wasn't upset about it not still moving around, didn't quite know how to explain that part to her....

This is Tyrell with his deer....Tyrell is Rylee's new crush!! It was so cute, when he comes over to my mom's she goes up and gives him hugs and she always asks where "Ty" is when he's not there... its so funny!!!

This Ty and Brett with Ty's deer..... Brett has seen monster bucks but wasn't able to find his on Saturday, I'm pretty sure he'll be up there every day until he finds it!!
